About MPA

The McGill Policy Association (MPA) is an independent, interdisciplinary organization that bridges the gap between theory and practice, providing students with the opportunities to engage with the the applied world of policymaking. Since its inception in 2017, MPA has operated an online policy journal and hosted a range of events—from workshops, to lectures, to our annual policy case competition.

Every discipline is connected to and shaped by public policy. That’s why we take strides to create a diversity of content and programming that appeals to students from all faculties. Whether your passion is mechanical engineering, marketing, social work, or biology, there’s a place for you to develop your skills and knowledge in MPA.
